1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using CFOTechStack (the "Platform"), whether or not you create an account, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
The Platform is provided by Steeled Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform is part of the Stack Network portfolio of AI-powered professional services platforms.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
2.1 Platform Overview
CFOTechStack is an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered fractional CFO services including financial dashboards, cash flow forecasting, investor reporting, and financial analysis for startups and SMBs.
2.2 Service Components
- (a) Free Tier: Access to basic Platform features and limited outputs at no cost.
- (b) Paid Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscription plans ($97–$799/month).
- (c) Per-Output Purchases: Individual reports and analyses ($29–$199 per Output).
- (d) Third-Party Integrations.
2.3 Platform Availability
The Company aims to maintain continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
Provide accurate information, maintain credential confidentiality, notify of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for account activity. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for protecting your credentials.
3.3 Account Termination
You may request deletion at any time. The Company may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Subscription Terms and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
The free tier may be modified at any time. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
4.2 Billing and Payment
You authorize charges to your payment method. Fees are billed at the beginning of each billing period. We provide 30 days' notice for price changes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
4.3 Per-Output Purchases
Per-output purchases are non-refundable once delivered ($29–$199). Outputs are delivered electronically.
4.4 Subscription Cancellation
Cancel at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

5.2 User Responsibility

5.3 Risk Acknowledgment

CFOTechStack does NOT provide investment advisory services as regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under 15 U.S.C. §80a-3. CFOTechStack makes no recommendations regarding acquisition of securities. CFOTechStack is not a fiduciary and makes no suitability determinations. State and federal securities laws prohibit unregistered investment advisory services.

AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, incomplete analysis, biases, or calculation errors.
6.2 Verification Required
Users must independently verify all information before relying on it for any purpose.
6.3 Limitation of Warranty
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.
6.4 AI-Generated Content Accuracy
CFOTechStack uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, assessments, reports, and recommendations. While we implement reasonable measures to promote accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated information before relying on it for any decision. Steeled Inc. does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Cap on Liability
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months or (b) $100.
7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
7.3 Essential Terms
These limitations of liability are essential terms of the agreement between you and the Company.
7.4 Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, the Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Company Ownership
The Company retains all rights to the Platform, software, algorithms, and trademarks.
8.2 User Input Data
You retain ownership of your input data. You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your data for providing and improving the Platform, training AI models (using aggregated and anonymized data only), and generating outputs.
8.3 Output Licenses
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal business use of outputs. You may not resell, redistribute, or use outputs to build a competing service.
8.4 No Transfer of Ownership
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
8.5 Third-Party Content
Third-party content integrated with the Platform is governed by applicable third-party terms.
9. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
The Platform may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: unauthorized access, scraping or automated data collection, reverse-engineering, bypassing security measures, impersonation, spam, fraud, and providing unlicensed professional services using Platform outputs.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided. Per-output purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions may apply for billing errors reported within 30 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
11. Data Privacy and Security
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our separate Privacy Policy. Data is stored in the United States. The Company implements commercially reasonable security measures. Breach notifications will be provided as required by applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Third-party services integrated with the Platform are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the operations, content, or practices of any third-party service.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration via JAMS or AAA. Arbitration is on an individual basis only — no class actions are permitted. Delaware substantive law applies; California procedural law governs arbitration proceedings. Venue for arbitration: San Diego County, California. A 30-day informal resolution period is required before initiating arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by contacting us at cfotechstack@polsia.app.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your violations of these Terms, your Input Data, your misuse of outputs as professional advice, or any intellectual property infringement by you.
15. Modification of Terms
The Company will provide 30 days' notice for material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. San Diego County, California is the exclusive venue for any proceedings. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and AI Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Marketplace Terms cover: vendor listing agreements, subscription tiers and billing, self-reported information policy, review policy, prohibited practices, revenue model disclosure, no-endorsement disclaimer, no broker-dealer / no investment advice disclaimers, vendor and user data handling, and liability limitations specific to the Marketplace. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Marketplace Terms, the Marketplace Terms control for marketplace-related activities.
